Matt Clarke made the most of his recent relocation to SA – a state that is able to conduct athletics competitions – by taking the win in the Open 10k at the 2020 SA XC championships. Athletics SA reports that he took control at about the 6k mark and held off late challengers to win by 8 seconds in 29:45. Full results here.
