Handicap results

Joshua Llano‑Machado and Tim Tyers had great handicap times but were ineligible to be counted in the Handicap results as they have not yet competed the requisite 5 APSOC races. Pablo Campillos’s time placed him 10th in the 8km Handicap race.

In the 16km Handicap, OXAC runners showed outstanding depth, placing six in the top 10 — one of our strongest Lodge Handicap showings ever:

  • 1st — Alan Colman
  • 2nd — Montana Whiteley
  • 3rd — Simon Holt

Also: Annabelle Colman (5th); Aidan Jackson (6th); Julie Pearsons (7th); Claudia Haeger (8th); Davide Peano (10th)

Another Lodge Handicap, another day where the red and black stripes were everywhere there, back and roundabout, lifting each other through every kilometre.

Well done to every athlete, and thank you to all supporters, marshals and timekeepers who helped those not racing.
